Coaches Console–Private Client Area of Website

We utilize Coaches Console, by Interface Advantage Systems, to maintain coaching clients’ information. This includes contact and appointment information, session notes, call strategy forms, welcome packet materials, invoices (excludes credit card information, which is handled by PayPal), agreements, client logs, and some email correspondence. We treat these data as private and confidential unless legally required to disclose (e.g., due to a subpoena or court order). Pages hosted through Coaches Console include “coachesconsole.com” in the URL.
